Complete Syllabus

English Language: Reading comprehension, cloze test, error detection, sentence improvement, para jumbles, vocabulary, synonyms/antonyms, phrase replacement and grammar.
Quantitative Aptitude / Data Analysis: Simplification, approximation, number series, quadratic equations, percentages, ratio, averages, profit and loss, simple/compound interest, time-work, time-distance, probability, permutation and combination, data interpretation and data sufficiency.
Reasoning Ability: Puzzles and seating arrangement, syllogism, inequality, coding-decoding, blood relations, direction sense, order and ranking, alphanumeric series, input-output, logical reasoning and statement-based questions.
Computer Aptitude: Computer fundamentals, hardware/software, operating systems, internet, networking, databases, cyber security and common applications.
General/Economy/Banking Awareness: Current affairs, banking and financial awareness, RBI, monetary policy, financial institutions, economic developments, government schemes, national and international events.
Descriptive English: Essay and letter writing, testing English writing ability and communication.

Selection Process

Preliminary Examination → Main Examination → Personality Test/Interview → provisional allotment/participating bank allocation as per IBPS rules.
