- Numerical & Mathematical Ability: Integers and whole numbers, LCM and HCF, decimals and fractions, relationship between numbers, fundamental arithmetic operations, percentage, ratio and proportion, work and time, direct and inverse proportion, averages, simple interest, profit and loss, discount, area and perimeter, distance and time, lines and angles, simple graphs and data interpretation.
- Reasoning Ability & Problem Solving: Alpha-numeric series, coding-decoding, analogy, directions, similarities and differences, jumbling, problem solving, non-verbal reasoning, age calculations, calendar and clock, basic classification and arrangement.
- General Awareness: Social studies, history, geography, art and culture, civics, economics, general science and environmental studies at the prescribed level.
- English Language & Comprehension: Basic English, vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, synonyms, antonyms, comprehension and simple communication ability.
Selection Process
Session-I CBT → Session-II CBT → qualifying physical efficiency/physical standard test for Havaldar posts where applicable → document verification.
