Bihar Post Matric Scholarship 2026-27 is available for eligible BC, EBC and SC-ST students studying in recognised post-matric courses. The official portal currently shows student applications from 15 July 2026 to 15 September 2026.

Important Dates:
Student Application: 15 July 2026 to 15 September 2026. Institute Registration: 14 July 2026 to 25 August 2026. Verification and further processing follow the official PMS schedule.

Eligibility:
• Eligible Bihar resident BC/EBC or SC/ST student.
• Must be studying in a recognised post-matric course/institution.
• Caste, income, residence and academic conditions must be satisfied.
• Institution verification is required.
• Bank account should be active and suitable for DBT/PFMS payment.

How to Apply:
Open Bihar PMS portal → Student Registration → login → fill personal/caste/income/residence/course/bank details → upload documents → finalise application → save/print application → complete institute verification.
