  • NTPC Green Energy Limited (NGEL), NTPC Limited ki subsidiary company, ne Advertisement No. 04/26 ke tahat Renewable Energy sector me experienced professionals ke liye recruitment notification जारी किया है। Recruitment Engineer aur Executive ke कुल 147 पदों के लिए है। नियुक्ति शुरुआत में 3 वर्ष की Fixed Term Basis पर होगी, जिसे organization की requirement के अनुसार अधिकतम 2 वर्ष और बढ़ाया जा सकता है। Posting NGEL Corporate Office, Stations, Sites, Clusters, JVs या subsidiaries में भारत में कहीं भी हो सकती है।
  • Online application 18 August 2026 से शुरू हो चुकी है और eligible candidates 7 September 2026 शाम 6 बजे तक आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

Selection Process
  • NGEL आवश्यकता के अनुसार multi-stage selection process अपना सकता है, जिसमें:
  • Application Shortlisting / Screening → Written Test/CBT → Group Discussion → Interview
  • या इनमें से appropriate combination शामिल हो सकता है।
  • अगर CBT आयोजित होता है
  • Total Questions: 100
  • Duration: 2 Hours
  • Question Type: Multiple Choice Questions
  • Language: Bilingual
  • Negative Marking: प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर उस question के maximum marks का 1/4
  • CBT में दो sections होंगे:
  • Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) – Discipline-specific questions
  • Aptitude Test (AT) – Numerical Ability, Reading Comprehension, Reasoning, General Awareness, Data Interpretation आदि।
  • CBT centres notification में Kolkata, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai, Vishakhapatnam, Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Bhopal और Raipur दिए गए हैं। CBT के बाद shortlisted candidates को interview के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
  • अगर CBT नहीं कराया जाता है तो candidates को age, qualification और experience के आधार पर shortlist करके interview के लिए बुलाया जा सकता है।
